charka points

A Chakra is a point that connects both the physical and spiritual bodies together. There are seven main points of connection in the body yet numerous other chakra points exist along the energy grid of the body. Pressure points exist on this energetic grid and are points that all connect to the seven main chakra’s.

These seven points are related and connected to many different areas of our bodies and lives. They also have connections with objects and feelings and are visually represented by the lotus flower, each having a different amount of petals.
