The Elements
There are four elements called Earth, Air, Fire, and Water (in western spirituality) that come together as one to create anything on this plane. These four are the ingredients for everything and are balanced in nature and within oneself. Everything we know to be from an object to a feeling holds a connection to one of, or a combination of, these four elements. Through our knowledge of and connection to the elements we are able to draw on their energy to aid our daily lives in countless ways.
